The everyday and the unexpected

A little more protection, where it matters

Not everyone needs every kind of coverage. We can start with what you already have, see where the gaps are, and consider only the options that make sense for you.

Dental

Cleanings, fillings, crowns and dentures — dental care is an important part of staying well. Original Medicare generally doesn't pay for routine dental care.

What we'll check: We'll compare covered services, your dentist's network, waiting periods and annual benefit limits.

Vision

Routine eye exams, glasses and contacts can come with costs of their own. A vision plan can help you plan for the care you use regularly.

What we'll check: We'll check your eye doctor, exam benefits and allowances for frames, lenses or contacts.

Hospital indemnity

A hospital stay can bring expenses beyond the medical bill. These plans pay cash benefits for qualifying hospital stays, according to the policy's terms.

What we'll check: We'll look at the benefit amounts, qualifying stays and how the coverage fits alongside your health plan.

Accident

An unexpected injury can interrupt your routine and your budget. Accident insurance offers benefits for covered injuries and related care.

What we'll check: We'll review which injuries and services qualify, benefit amounts and exclusions.

Critical illness

Some policies pay a lump-sum benefit following the diagnosis of a covered condition, such as cancer, a heart attack or a stroke.

What we'll check: We'll review the specific conditions covered, eligibility requirements and policy limits.

Life insurance

Term life and final expense options can help protect the people you love and ease the financial burden they may face.

What we'll check: We'll talk about who you want to protect, your budget and the differences between the available policies.

Benefits, exclusions and availability vary by policy. Supplemental coverage does not replace comprehensive health insurance.

Individuals & families

Health coverage before Medicare

If you're under 65 and need your own health insurance, an Affordable Care Act Marketplace plan may be a starting point. That includes people who are self-employed, between jobs or retiring before Medicare begins.

Your care

We look at your doctors, hospitals and prescriptions, not just the monthly premium.

Your budget

We compare premiums and out-of-pocket costs and check whether financial assistance may be available based on your situation.

Your timing

Enrollment depends on the current enrollment window or a qualifying life event. We'll review what applies to you before making a change.

Annual reviews

Life changes. Your coverage can, too.

A new prescription, a different doctor or a change in your family can make last year's coverage feel less like a fit. Bring your current plan information and your questions, and we'll review them together.

    We talk

A relaxed conversation about your health, your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget. No forms, no pressure.

  2. 02

    I compare

I look across the plans I represent and narrow them down to the few that genuinely make sense for you.

  3. 03

    You decide

I explain each option clearly. If you choose a plan, I handle the paperwork and stay with you year after year.

Questions

Before you add a plan

Do I need separate dental or vision coverage?

Maybe, but not always. We'll first check what your current plan includes, then compare any gaps with the cost and benefits of a separate policy.

Does supplemental coverage replace my health insurance?

No. Accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness policies provide limited benefits for covered situations. They are intended to complement, not replace, comprehensive health insurance.

Can you help if I’m under 65?

Yes. I also help individuals and families explore ACA Marketplace plans and other coverage, based on their needs and the available options.

What should I bring to our conversation?

Your current coverage details, a list of doctors and prescriptions, and an idea of your budget are a helpful start. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk.
